Saby grew up in a Christian family in India. He came to know the Lord at a young age and had the desire to do ministry. In 1996, Saby joined Operation Mobilization (OM) and worked among the unreached in different parts of northern India.  From 1998 through 2002, Saby attended Faith Theological Seminary and received a Bachelor of Theology degree.

Rebecca grew up in Michigan. From childhood, she knew she wanted to work among the poor. She attended Dordt College and earned a double major, including a Bachelor’s of Missions. In 1994, while still attending Dordt, Rebecca made her first trip to India with Kingdom Building Ministries. Over the last 26 years, she has logged 20 trips to India.

Saby and Rebecca met while working together in India and within a few years Saby came to the U.S. and they married. Saby pastored an Indian church for four years in Lakewood, CO. Through Saby and Rebecca’s experiences, while working in India, God gave them a burden to care for the underserved and to share the Gospel with the unreached people of India.  With clear direction from God, HOMM was established in 2008 as a nonprofit organization to minister to the unreached and underserved.

HOMM provides an opportunity for Saby, Rebecca and others to join in what God is doing in India. In addition to HOMM, Saby currently serves at Jubilee Fellowship Church as an associate mission pastor.  Along with their three children, Sophia, Sarah and John the Thomas' make their home in Denver, CO.
